Who we are; Groove Line Productions is family & veteran-owned and operated. James, aka DJ Ptch Blaq is retired military after 23 years of service and holds degrees in music production and actively stays enrolled in continued studio education . Trelawny has a talent management and studio background and has years of experience in the audio realm. 

Together, they operate Gro​ove Line Productions, Mobile DJ Services servicing clients and team members through "Great & Caring Service" to share their passion for music to "Help Make Your Event a Success."

We are very selective of adding to the extended Groove Line Family and hold high expectations for all team members. 

Our team members are expected to adhere to and uphold the following attributes and qualifications: 

• No drinking alcohol during performances and Groove Line is a drug free work zone.
• No foul language by DJ during performances or with clients.
• Clear and timely communications with clients and keeping the timeline exceptions for event preparation work flow and performance day of timeline.
• Clean radio versions of all music should be played during events. The exception is when the contracted client asks for a particular song and ok's for one song performance. All other music must be clean radio edit versions. Groove Line Productions, Mobile DJ Services does not condone raunchy musical performances and our clients are aware of our brand. 
• DJs must have own equipment; to include laptop, controller, mixer, table, table scrim, ceremony speaker, lapel mic, reception speakers, wireless microphone, dance floor lighting, and necessary cables. 
• DJs must keep current liability insurance and provide proof to Groove Line Productions. 
• DJs must represent Groove Line Productions, Mobile DJ Services while meeting  with GLP Clients & Venues as well as during contracted performances. All request for contact information must be to Groove Line Productions, Mobile DJ Services. As an extended family member of GLP, you are expected to represent GLP only during GLP events in all client, guest, vendor and venue interactions. 
• DJs must use GLP name tags, business cards, laptop gels and company pamphlets to represent Groove Line Productions brand during client, guest, vendors and venue interactions. 
• All photos, video and check in posts belong to Groove Line Productions, Mobile DJ Services. As an extended family member, contractor you are expected to adhere to clients authorization to GLP for what footage may be captured. Any and all footage is the property of GLP and will be delivered to GLP for any and all social media postings. GLP will appropriately include client's hashtags and user profiles in addition may tag you as well .
• DJ Set-up must have a clean look which includes clean wires. All wires must be tucked or fastened out of sight for a clean professional photography look.
• DJs are expected to dress professionally. Speak to the client in the final consultation to learn the dress expectations and then choose one of the following: 
• Cocktail / Formal Attire
• Cocktail / Semi Casual Attire 
• No company logo attire outside of Groove Line Productions attire will be permitted. You may represent your company on your own time, not while paid by our marketing dollars. 
• DJ usage of personal phones while at events must be limited to work need only.  Of course emergencies happen, otherwise be present at the event watching the crowd and being the DJ they'll rave about for days and months to come. Return your calls and text after the event and since the footage belongs to Groove Line Productions you won't need to be hanging out on Social Media. We'll post the groovy moments for us all! 

We work hard to keep a family oriented atmosphere for our clients as well as team. We're a family being a part of another families day; and on other days we want to share in our team's lives as well.
